Our wholemeal spelled pasta is produced exclusively with the flour obtained from the stone grinding of our Farro Dicocco. This ancient variety, which we grow at 450 m s.l.m. in a land very rich in water and nutrients, it is enriched with a natural hydration that gives it a more delicate flavor.
The artisan method, with slow drying and low temperature (38 degrees), guarantees maximum nutritional properties and easy digestibility with an excellent cooking result and a highly appreciated flavor.
Spelled pasta has a low glycemic index and high doses of calcium and phosphorus. This is why it is recommended for feeding children and people sensitive to high quantities of gluten.
