Black Chickpeas Flour (organic) - 500 g.


With black chickpeas flour we can prepare meatballs and vegetable burgers, use it for breadcrumbs and for the famous "Farinata di cece" but also fresh pasta, piadine and various baked goods such as biscuits, bread, focaccia, savory pies and tarts.

This flour is perfect as a main ingredient, but also as a thickener and can also be used instead of breadcrumbs.

black chickpea flour is rich in B vitamins, vitamin E, C and K. Compared to traditional chickpea flour, it also contains a more substantial dose of iron, while continuing to give high levels of calcium, manganese, zinc, copper, selenium, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium.

Packaged in a modified atmosphere (ATM) to keep the flavor and nutritional properties intact.
