The Black Chickpeas of the Murgia Carsica (Apulia region) are a prized variety of chickpeas and a delicacy of the regions of Apulia and Basilicata that we have transplanted in our lands of Assisi with excellent results. These CECI are rich in nutrients with a greater amount of fiber and iron, as well as potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, also rich in vitamins B, E, C, and K.
In the KITCHEN they are excellent for creating soups, chickpea creams to combine with fish dishes, cold salads, hummus and spreadable pâté.
Packaged in a modified atmosphere (ATM) to keep their flavor and nutritional properties intact.
