Lots of protein and energy for our muscles! Excellent for salads, soups, to make a very fast Hummus or a dressing for a pasta.
An ancient legume that we have chosen for its characteristics and nutritional properties, are in fact a source of vitamins B, C, K, E and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. They also contain high levels of iron compared to more modern varieties. For this reason they are highly recommended for vegetarian and vegan diets, providing a good and healthy amount of noble proteins.
They have a sweeter taste than the common chickpea and a more compact consistency, since they are cultivated in a totally natural way in a fertile and clayey mountain land, with many minerals that give them a more authentic taste.
We sow our chickpeas after winter and collect them between July and August, in the best harvest period, ready to be bagged and processed.
